Frequently Asked Questions: Fees & Insurance
The Short Answer: We are an Out-of-Network provider. We do not bill insurance companies directly.
The Details: However, many PPO insurance plans do cover Clinical Hypnotherapy for issues like Anxiety, Chronic Pain, and IBS when deemed medically necessary.
We provide you with a Superbill (a medical receipt with diagnosis and procedure codes) at the end of your package. You can submit this to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your provider and asking: "Do you cover CPT Code 90880 (Hypnotherapy) for an out-of-network provider?"
Yes.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is often considered a qualified medical expense. You can typically use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card to pay for sessions directly. This essentially gives you a 30-40% discount by using pre-tax dollars.
We do not believe in "one-size-fits-all" pricing.
A fear of flying might take 3 sessions, while complex trauma might take 8.
During your Free Phone Consultation, we will assess your specific needs and recommend a Custom Treatment Plan. We offer both single-session rates and Discounted Packages to make care accessible.
• Note: We prioritize results over volume. You are investing in a permanent solution, not years of weekly management.
Yes.
We understand that therapy is an investment. We offer flexible payment plans for our larger session packages, allowing you to split the cost over the course of treatment.
We hold your appointment time exclusively for you. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or "no-shows" are subject to the full session fee.
